Let me ask myself ” Am I happy? Am I contented? Am I peaceful?” If the answer is yes, Let me ask my myself another set of questions. ” Am I always happy? Am I always contented? Am I always peaceful?” If the answer is yes, let me ask myself another set of questions. Do I want to be always happy, contented and peaceful? If yes, it proves that there was a time when I was so. Because the best indicator of what was is what you want it to be. Now let me reflect on that state of myself when I was always happy, always contented and always peaceful. Let me reflect on my feelings, attitude, vision, words and behavior in such a state. I spend some time in this consciousness. I take a break from the here and now and shift my consciousness to that dimension in time when I was in such a blissful state. I rejoice in that realm of happiness. I allow myself to dwell in that state and absorb it. I absorb the energy of that time and come back full of love and life.
