The session focussed on how one could change their negative reactions into positive responses in the face of adversity. One reacts when one is deeply attached to his idea of the ideal state of people and situations. It is our idea and the expectation that stems from it that lies at the heart of dissatisfaction and reaction. Acceptance is the key to changing reactions to responses.
